The hotel is in a good location, nice and quiet with plenty of parking. The rooms are spacious, light, and airy, with two large chairs, but the sink in the main bedroom was a bit inconvenient, and breakfast was served cold.

The hotel is located right on the seafront, offering clean rooms and accommodating staff who cater to your needs promptly. While the presence of a lift was convenient, there were some damp patches on the ceiling, issues with windows, and remnants of a previous guest left behind, despite the small bathroom. The blind in the breakfast room added a cozy touch!

The hotel is secluded enough for a peaceful stay but central for a quick walk to the beach in five minutes. Tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac with helpful reception staff, it's an excellent spot near the center and funfair.

The hotel had some ups and downs. The rooms were disappointing at first, small and cramped next to a busy door, but once upgraded, they were spacious and more comfortable. The service was excellent, especially from Ester, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location was quiet and convenient, near main attractions in Skegness. The dining experience had its flaws but overall enjoyable. Facilities needed improvement and felt unfinished in some areas.
